Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Products can be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Products that have been damaged or altered by the customer.
  • Items with missing serial numbers or UPC codes.
  • Consumable items such as such as batteries, Tools, Project, etc.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Online Return Request: Log in to your account on our website and navigate to the Order History section. 
  • Customer Service: Contact our customer service team at info.velocityi2@gmail.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

4. Return Shipping

  • Prepaid Return Label: Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please securely pack the item and attach the label.
  • Return Shipping Costs: For defective products or errors on our part, return shipping is free. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Inspection and Refund

  • Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the item is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to non-defective items that are opened.

6. Exchanges

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. We will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
  • Other Exchanges: For exchanges not related to defects or errors, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
